Indiana Marriage License
In most circumstances you may apply for a marriage license at any county clerk's office in the state where you plan to be married. These offices are usually located in the county probate court or circuit court.
In Indiana, the fee to receive your license is $18.00 to $60.00. There is no waiting period between applying for your license and receiving your license. In a few states, after you receive your license, you must wait a short period of time before getting married. Indiana law allows you to get married immediately after officially receiving your marriage license.
Indiana marriage licenses expire after 60 days. If your license expires before you marry, you can reapply for another license.
