Venue Rental Details
Your museum rental includes a total of four hours, with the option to purchase additional time if needed. The rental includes chairs, tables, black tablecloths, and white chair covers to create an elegant setting.
A dedicated venue supervisor and hostess will be on-site to assist throughout your event.

Decor & Amenities
The venue features assorted glass votives, mason jars, and wooden centerpieces as displayed throughout the museum, perfect for guest and buffet tables.
The package also includes disposable cups for the bar, with drinks available at bar prices. Enjoy one keg of domestic beer, 100 glasses of house wine, and soft drinks, tea, and coffee for up to 100 guests. Flexible bar packages are also available to suit your needs.

Service & Cleanup
Servers will be provided to handle cleanup for up to 100 guests. Please note that the museum does not have cooking facilities; only licensed, insured external professional caterers are permitted.
Caterers must supply their own serving dishes, chafers, serving utensils, heating oils, cake cutting knives, disposable plates, cups, cutlery, and napkins. They are also responsible for cleaning their stations, wiping down tables, and removing all rubbish.

Important Details
- This includes the museum space rental only: food, DJ services, chairs for the patio, candy station, and photo booth are not included in the rental price.
- A $500 damage deposit is required two weeks prior to the event, refundable within 14 business days after inspection of the venue.
- Lakeside Reflections applies a 15% surcharge on the total catering bill from external caterers, due along with the final rental balance two weeks before the event.
- As a licensed venue, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on museum grounds.

For DJ services, you must choose from either Lakeside Reflections or the Louisville Wedding Network.
