Custom Catering & Entertainment Flexibility
We believe your event should taste and sound exactly how you want it to. Our venue-only package allows you to break away from rigid, restrictive packages by bringing in your own trusted team:
- Choose Your Caterer: Bring in any licensed and insured professional external caterer to craft your perfect menu! Please note that because this is an active museum space, there are no on-site cooking facilities. Your chosen caterer will simply need to bring their own serving dishes, chafers, utensils, heating oils, and disposable dinnerware, as well as handle their station’s cleanup.
- Select Your Soundtrack: To guarantee an exceptional audio experience, entertainment services must be selected or approved by our talented team at Lakeside Reflections.
Plan Your Historic Museum Event Stress-Free
At Lakeside Reflections, we want you to focus on making memories, not managing logistics. Our professional service staff handles all guest cleanup for up to 100 people so you can head home stress-free.
Important Rental Details:
- Damage Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit is due two weeks prior to your event date and is returned within 14 business days following a successful venue inspection.
- External Catering Coordination: A standard 15% venue surcharge ($300 Minimum) is applied to your external caterer’s total bill, due alongside your final rental balance two weeks before the event.
- Alcohol Policy: As a fully licensed and insured facility, all alcohol must be provided through our bar services; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the property grounds.
- Note: A 15% surcharge applies to events hosted over official U.S. Holiday weekends.
